How do I report a bug?

Sign in and use the Feedback Desk from the dashboard. If the site detects a possible game or duel issue, it may also show a quick report prompt.

Why does the browser version take time to load?

A game can take a short time to prepare. The loader shows progress so you are not left on a blank screen.

Why was I blocked from Chips or leaderboards?

Eligibility rules are enforced to protect public progression. If Profile 1 is invalidated or your name is moderated, the site disables affected systems and shows the reason in your profile area.

Can I browse public player data?

Signed-in players can open public profile views from the leaderboard. Those views show profile presentation and tracked placements without exposing private account credentials.

How reports are handled

Bug reports: Routed into the admin review queue with category and timestamp.
Feature requests: Stored separately from bug reports.
In-session prompts: The site can surface an issue-report card when a session looks abnormal.

What should I do if Balatro on the Web does not load in my browser?

What should I do if the screen flashes?

First refresh the browser tab and let the launcher reconnect. If it continues, submit a bug report with your device, browser, and whether you were using mobile landscape mode, fullscreen, or an iPad-style desktop browser. Those details help separate display scaling problems from session startup problems.

What should I do if touch controls feel wrong?

On mobile, use landscape mode only after the game view has finished sizing. If hitboxes appear offset, leave fullscreen, rotate once, and re-enter fullscreen. The site sends viewport sync messages to the game client, and a report should include the device model when that sync does not match the visible screen.

Why are some leaderboard values compact?

Very large values are shortened so the leaderboard remains readable on phones and tablets. For example, ordinary values keep comma formatting, million-scale values use m, billion-scale values use b, and extreme Balatro scores use compact scientific notation instead of overflowing the card layout.

Why can a market purchase fail?

A purchase can fail if the listing was cancelled, the item is no longer reserved for that listing, the buyer lacks Chips, or the seller would exceed the wallet cap. Failing closed is deliberate because it protects both players from stale ownership data.
